Cleary Exterminating Co. Inc started in 1977 by Ted R. Cleary Sr., a decorated Vietnam Veteran. He worked a full-time job, even working on weekends and evening hours. After the business grew to a comfortable state, Ted started doing pest control service full-time. He and his wife worked in the business while they raised their 3 children in the Covington community. Cleary Exterminating Co. Inc has always been a family business that not only employs members of the Cleary family, but also many invaluable members of the community.

Meet Our Managers
Richie Cleary
Ted R. Cleary (Richie) started with the company in 1996. He is the only son of the owner, Ted R. Cleary Sr. He grew up in Covington, Georgia, graduated from Newton County High School, and played baseball at Southern Union College in Alabama.
Richie started out with the company treating houses for termites and advanced to spraying homes and businesses for pest control. He then moved on to sales and business management. He is married to Stacy Cleary, a schoolteacher, and they have 3 sons.
Ken Harper
Ken S. Harper started with the company in 1986. He is the son-in-law of the owner, Ted R. Cleary Sr. He grew up in Covington, Georgia and graduated from Newton County High School.
Ken began with Cleary Exterminating Co. Inc treating homes for termites and progressed to spraying homes and businesses for pest control. He soon moved up within the company and became involved in sales and management. He is married to Tracy Harper, an ultrasound technician, and they have a son, a daughter, and a grandson too!
